Having signed in April, we're so ready to see some action on our lot! The builder says that it takes about this long to get the permit, the blueprints and all of the red tape cut. Sure, we get it, but haven't we been patient long enough? The builder expects our plans to come in from Pennsylvania any day now, after which we'll have to wait about five more days for the permit to be approved by the municipality.
Before we really get moving, I thought you might want to try to imagine the barbie dream house, especially since imagining is all we can do at this point due to a certain non-building builder. To help in the imagining process, here's a photo of our lot:
Maybe I'm a little biased, but isn't it beautiful? We definitely think so. It would be even prettier with some trees cut and a foundation being poured. Soon hopefully! Stay tuned for more!
